Calorie Shifting
- Theory or Fact?
In certain publications, the Calorie shifting eating
method is referred to as a theory. I wanted to dedicate this
article to this exact topic since a theory is by definition
something which has not been proven scientifically.
Calling something a theory immediately instills a sense of
doubt as to how well it works if indeed it works at all. And
you need to be sure of a weight loss program to feel safe using
it. It's something which can actually affect your results.
So, is Shifting Calories a theory or a sound eating
method?
Well, this may come as a shock to you, but I don't
know of any weight loss plan, system or diet that has been
scientifically proven to work. Scientific experiements have
very stringent requirements, and since weight loss is affected
by so many factors, and it is difficult to isolate how one
factor may be contirbuting to your weight loss or harming it,
any scientific experiment which may be done would be
problematic to say the least.
Forgive me for getting all scientific and heavy, I just
wanted to make it clear that saying that Calorie Shifting is
a theory doesn't mean that it's something which has yet to be
proven scientifically. It's something which is hardly done in
this field.
What can we know, then?
What we can learn about the effectiveness of Calorie
Shifting is how regular people are doing with it.
In that regard there is no doubt the calorie shifting is
more than a theory. It's a method that works for many people on
a day to day basis all over the world.
I've had contact with hundreds of users of the Calorie Shifting Diet and I know that the
results of overwhelmingly positive. People achieve weight loss
and it's often more than they anticipated.
Therefore, saying that you're following the shifting
calories theory isn't like betting on the Roulette. It's
something which has worked and is working for people over and
over again.
