it as closely as possible.
2. Don't weigh yourself each
day - Motivation is key to a successful weight loss
process, and the easiest way to lose motivation is get on the
scale and see that the needle hasn't dropped. Of course, you
should weigh yourself to watch over your progress, but once a
week is quite enough. Weighing yourself every day is setting
yourself up for disappointment since you can't expect to lose
weight every single day.
3. Exercise - I'm all
in favor of you being active even when you're shifting
calories. It's healthy and can help you to burn fat faster. Try
to do 3 workouts each week and be active for half an hour each
day.
4. Sleep - Sleep is
one of the most underestimated factors contributing to a safe
weight loss. You need to sleep to let the body function as it
should. I recommend 7 hours of sleep each night at the very
least.
5. Support - Any weight loss process
requires its support system to help you overcome the natural
