Exercising and Shifting Calories - What to Do?

One of the greatest appeals of the calorie shifting diet is that it requires very little exercise. You still lose weight all due to the eating method.

However, this doesn't mean that exercising is forbidden or can, in any way, harm your weight loss. Of course, doing lots of weight training can increase muscle tissue and so add to your weight, but it will be good weight, caused by muscle more than fat. You will look firm and not fat.

Of course, you may not want to bulk up and so may choose to do less weight training than other people. This is your decision to make, of course, but some strength training is important for your health.

I recommend doing at least 3 workouts each week in which you do both strength and cardio exercises. Your cardio doesn't have to be too strenuous, even walking is excellent and can have many benefits.

Working out can help you to increase your weight loss and help you to maintain it afterwards. Even though calorie shifting is based on nutrition, you can accelerate the weight loss by exercising.

Of course, if you want to tone up, you  need to workout. There's no way to build muscle tissue without exercising.

This is, in fact, something you should keep in your mind: Calorie shifting is a weight loss method, it's not a phyiscal fitness program. This means that you will lose weight with it, but not gain muscle tissue. Not unless you exercise.

So, the decision to exercise depends solely on your goals. But working out won't harm your weight loss results.
